Halloween ball!!!

Hi friends thanks for taking the time to drop by, today I wanted to share a really cute pumpkin I transformed sorry no before pic's I get so excited and carried away, that I forget to take the before pic's.... Ohhh well no need to dwell...lol....




When out shopping the other day I spotted this pumpkin, it was your basic orange color and only 6 bucks, so me being me could not resist passing up on this bargain, and it lights up too whoohooo ;)




Once home out came the pink paint and brush! Lol....




I had to of course add bling to jazz her all up, once the paint was dried.....




Added loads of glitter, and a pretty bow also a ruffle collar.....




Now she is ready for the halloween ball....

Hi peeps don't know about everyone else but I love the fall season, the smell in the air is wonderful to me so crisp and clean and woodsy, just so refreshing!
I decorate inside my home with pinks on the inside....
But I love the fall colors outside my front door, it's like God took a paint brush and went to town painting with beautiful colors ;)
Such a wonderful time to go on nature walks, hot coco and a good book and just exhale.
I hope everyone is enjoying this time of year...

Her carriage awaits!

Just a sweet little post, I have had this sweet carriage for a couple of years just sitting pretty waiting for me to bring her out and play, well today I finally got inspired and dressed her all up with pretty paper roses I had on hand.
Does that ever happen to you ladies, you purchase something really pretty you don't need for that day when inspiration hits???
Oh well it happens to me too many times then I can count.....haha! Well that's enough for the chit chat here she is, so what do you lovelies think??



I just decided to add this pretty flower to my sweet pink velvet pumpkin...ohh lala can you say romance...giggles!!

Hello bloggy gal pals, first I just want to say thank you to all the wonderful ladies who have dropped by to see how I'm feeling, for the most part I'm hanging in there and finally felt well enough to do a little fall decorating, I really like the way my fall mantle turned out, I had these two really large pumpkins from last year, this year I painted them pink dressed them up a bit, and one of the two is sitting pretty on my mantle and the other is in my dining room. Road to recovery!!

Hello blog friends, very recently I suffered a mini stroke, I'm on that slow road to recovery with my loving God beside me holding my hand every step of the way, I will not be returning for a while and if at all......

Tassel Love!

Hello friends :) hope you ladies had a beautiful Mother's Day!
What is it about a fluffy,frilly pretty tassel that makes me smile ;) could it be how they add a touch of whimsy or elegance to your home....




This pretty tassel I made alllllll by myself ;)
I happen to love the Maltese dog breed, hubby surprised me one day with this cute figurine of a maltese you see in the above pic ;) and below, this sweetie is hanging out on my bathroom vanity......




I decided I would try my hand at making a tassel! Since forever I have been wanting to try my hand at making my own tassel. I decided to use my Maltese figurine for the base ;) with some pretty ribbons and trims I had on hand,I went to town fluffing this cutie up ;)




Love how frilly and fluffy she turned out ;)

This cutie is hanging on my grandfather clock in my living room!

Bird cage love!

Hi friends,today I would like to share a gift that the sweet hubby purchase for me for Easter, I bet you thought It was for Mother's Day.....teeheehee......I'm late to show off this beauty, oh well better late then never they say ;)




The hubby sure knows my taste, I just love that man ;)

It really is a nice size, I placed one of my compote bowl so you can get an idea how nice a tall it really is....




And here she is in all her glory....lol....
I place her in my bed room on a pretty cherub pedestal and it looks so pretty I'm loving my sweet hubby's gift ;)
