I don't know if anyone else out there feels like I do, but I have been hating my out dated glass shower doors.....yuckyyyyy.....since a bathroom redo is out of the question right now, what's a gal to do....hummmmmm.....I did the only thing I could do on my tiny budget, I purchased these gorgeous curtains form my dear friend Sandy from mylulabelles website....ohhhhh and I'm soooo loving these beauties......

Just look at all the yummy details they have, love the long yummy venise lace, to give them more fluff, I went to Targets and purchase two faux silk curtain panels from the shabby chic collection and as luck would have it they were on sale!!! Yeahhhh me I just get soooo excited when I find exactly what I need and on sale.....heehee.....

Can you guess what the last pic is? Ok, ok I'll give in and tell ya....haha...it's a very pretty way to hide your extra toilet tissues, isn't it so pretty.

Also thanks to all you wonderful ladies for your get better wishes, I would appreciate it if you would send up an extra prayer or two for my dear brother who is having some health issues and will need an operation in the near future, like many of you ladies I believe in the power of prayer...

Sweet ballet shoe key chain.....


Hi pinkettes, just a quick post, I have received some bands news this week....and I'm not feeling my normal happy self.....

But I just wanted to share some beautiful ribbon roses, I recently purchased from the very sweet and talented Dana @ Lambs and Ivy.....
The first ribbon rose I purchased is just sooo beautiful look at the faux pearls, I love the details on this sweet little beauty....

The second picture is a sweet gift from Dana......Dana if you read my post thank you again for your gorgeous and generous gift, I will treasure it....
I love the soft pink on this rose and the small little dangly flowers, ahhhh soooo pretty.....

The last picture is a sweet ballet shoe, look at the beautiful flowers she hand made, just amazing....mind you this shoe is a key chain, so it's not that large but the details are just stunning.....
What a talented lady you are Dana to make these small flowers that adorn the shoe, the details are amazing....

Hello pink ladies, for this pink Saturday I wanted to share a pretty shield lamp shade that I recently purchased, she didn't start off looking this pretty she was kinda plain jane, so I further embellished her with pretty long beaded trim, finally she was starting to take on the look I wanted...
I found this pretty gold scalloped gimp on eBay and added that to the top of the shade and the bottom, but not the sides, for I had another beautiful gimp from eBay as well that I had in mind, this one had pink small roses and leaves.....

I also had purchased a pretty pink rose pin from my sweet friend Dana @ Lambs and Ivy Designs, , and just pin it on the shade and taaadaaa.....
A romantic lamp shade...
I'm really happy at how it turned out....

Today I'm off to join our sweet hostess Carol @ the polka dot closet for the dress form ball....

This first dress form is Belle ...lol..... I just love all of her frills and lace....

I purchased her from Sandy @ mylulabelles.com, I love all the beautiful fabric and trims she adds to her dress forms, Just yummy.....
I added a beautiful Victorian style hat to her, I just love the way they go together....

The second one is one of my jewelry holders I purchased at a sweet little store by me, it's called simple pleasures I just love that store, they have such beautiful items.....

And the last belle to arrive at the ball, is also one of my jewelry holders, this one was purchased at Home Goods a while back, I just love the way these dress forms and jewelry holders add a touch of romance to any room....

Well I'm off to the ball, don't want ta be late.....lol......
