My new vintage chandelier.

This beauty you see below was a gift from the hubby a couple of months ago, I was waiting on the right time to share her with everyone.....








She wasn't as pretty as she is now, I change out all of the prisms for the french cut ones, I also had to change the light sleeves and gave her a good cleaning. Can you see the pink chain cover peeking out?

For a while now I have been hunting for a new chandelier, but they seem to be out of my price range :-(......but while browsing on ebay I came across the beauty you see above, so I sweet talked the hubster to gift her to me for christmas and he of course did...:-)......I added the french cut prims and chain for more glam and sprakle and I'm just loving how beautiful she looks in my dining room, wow what a difference a chandelier makes.

A little spring.

Now that Easter has past and all my pretty Easter decor stored for next year, I just could not bear to store this sweet moss bunny with the pretty pink bow I added to her....

This sweetie will grace my home all year round....she happily sits on my dining room table next to my cabbage tureen.....










Lantern with more of the same gorgeous pink script ribbon....this cutie sits in my kitchen table ;-).....











I like the little light up ball I placed inside of the lantern instead of a candle, at night the soft glow from the little ball looks so pretty and romantic ;)....

I'm so happy with my latest purchase, it's a kaldun and bogle cabbage shaped soup tureen, when I came across this beauty on ebay I just new I had to have her! I'm so happy at how pretty she looks on my Easter decorated table...
I'm still a gal who needs pretty color I follow no trends I buy what I love and will always be just me....

Love this new Easter egg......


I decided to go easy on my Easter decor this year, I'm still trying to continue to feel well, but no more attic hunting for me...lol.....the hubby won't allow me up there unless he is home to help me.....so I did what I could with his help, but after a day of it he deemed it done, and so did I! To be honest I do get scared to go up into the attic with out someone holding my hand! What a big baby I am......lol......

Pier 1 Easter plates.

Hello sweeties, my sweet hubby surprised me with these pretty egg shaped Easter plates from pier 1, I love the details on them a pretty bunny ;-)


Of course I think I might have mention how much I really,really wanted them...teeheehee ;-)


I place them on top of my pretty pink plates I purchase from Home Goods...


The white egg shaped small bowl you see to the right was purchase at Michaels for $1.99 each can't beat that ;-) I think I might have purchase the pretty white lace edge chargers at Michaels also, but I'm not to sure....
I'm just waiting on a pretty runner I purchase to finish my Easter dining table, and wha laa it's done ;-)

Simple Easter egg project!,

Made this cute bling Easter egg.....









Using some antique trim I had from a left over project....








I painted my styrofoam egg white and added glass glitter.....








It's still a work in progress, but just wanted to share her with you all, just goes to show how with a little left over trim and glitter, you could create something really pretty.....hope your out there creating something pretty ;)
