Small craft project!!!

Just love the way my black board turned out!!
Love the beautiful details on the frame :)

Hello Bloggeretts, and thanks for stopping by!!
Today I would like to share with you a small project I have been working on!!!
I have had the above frame for over a year now! and just had no idea what to do with this beauty, you see, I won this frame on ebay and she had a pretty bubble glass, but the not so smart lady mailed her out to me in between two pieces of card board.....errrrrr, how could any body think that she would arrive in one piece, well needless to say I was soooo mad.....
I decided to keep the frame instead of going through the trouble of mailing her back and fighting to get my money back!!!

Every time I looked at the frame, I would think.....hummmm what am I going to do with you....
one day last week, I looked at the frame and bingo the light went on...haha!!! I will get a piece of board and use that great black chalk board spray paint, I have been dying to try :)

Now this beauty is hanging in my kitchen, where I could leave notes for my family, or just the menu for the day.
I think she turned out really pretty, if I do say so myself.....
Please leave me a comment and let me know what you think....

Have a wonderful day :)

Hi Mari :) That is one beautiful frame, and I love what you've done with it!! Now you can play around with different sayings, quotes, and such on it!! Apparently the lady never heard of bubble wrap, hey, lol :) At least the frame wasn't damaged, which would have really been a shame ~ love the detailing on it.

Have a great day sweet friend ♥

Warmest hugs, Brenda

Mari,
It came out so pretty!
I have been dying to try to make something using the chalkboard paint and I just can't seem to find the time. It is on my list though!!

Hi Mari,
This is wonderful. I love it and that frame is fabulous. So shabby and paris chic. You are so talented and creative.
I have done these and then painted a few roses on the blackboard in the corner.

Have a wonderful evening my friend. Little puppy kisses to Mia!
Hugs, Celestina Marie
